With a kind and nurturing teaching style, I firmly believe that yoga is for everyone, all ages and all abilities. I am passionate about the therapeutic benefits of yoga and my teaching experience ranges from adults, teens, children and families.

All sessions are guided gently and mindfully with calm and presence. I always seek to provide a safe, caring environment where I can naturally support individuals with warmth and empathy.

To flow with changing times, my teaching is offered ‘in person’ in small groups and private classes as well as providing pre recorded and ‘live’ streamed practices to enjoy at home.

I hope that practicing together, whether in person or online, will be a really positive experience for the whole community. It will enable us all to feel connected and find strength, comfort and peace in ourselves and one another.
